- Gentle Cleaning: Effectively dissolves residual ink and sediment without harsh chemicals, maintaining optimal ink flow.
- Enhanced Stability: Reduces printing defects such as missing lines, color deviation, and uneven printing, minimizing maintenance time and costs.
- Extended Lifespan: Reduces the need for aggressive physical cleaning, thereby protecting the delicate nozzle plate and extending the overall life of the printhead.
Ideal Usage Scenarios
- 🕒 Daily Maintenance: After daily printing tasks, apply the solution to the wiper pad to keep the printhead moist during short breaks.
- 🛠️ Long-Term Storage: Essential for protecting the printhead when the machine is not in use for more than 24 hours. Use with a capping station or protective cap.
- 🧹 Clog Prevention/Recovery: For minor clogs, soak the printhead in the solution to rehydrate the ink and restore performance quickly.
How to Use
- Daily Hydration: Spray or apply the solution evenly onto the printhead wiper pad to ensure the printhead remains moist when parked.
- Deep Maintenance: Inject the solution into a printhead capping station (or use a specialized cap) and leave it on the printhead. It is recommended to replace the solution every 3–7 days.
- Cleaning: Pour a small amount into a cleaning tray. Submerge the nozzle plate (CAUTION: Do not get solution on the circuit board) and soak. Rinse with cleaning fluid afterward for best results.
